Wedged into a narrow corner site, this design for three apartments, an office and four car-spaces directly addresses the railway station opposite. Rapid construction required by the narrow and limited lane way access has been achieved through use of mirrored brick precast panel construction, visually creating a butterfly affect. A subtle ripple in the form provides articulation.
